Discover Hong Kong Tourist SIM Card: A Discover Hong Kong Tourist SIM Card is a prepaid phone SIM card issued by the Hong Kong Tourism Board to make staying connected to friends, family and the Internet as easy as possible with no subscription charges.

Wi-Fi: Free and fast Wi-Fi is readily available throughout Hong Kong:

Government buildings: Many public libraries, public enquiry service centres, sports venues, cultural and recreational centres, cooked food markets and cooked food centres, job centres, community halls, major parks, government buildings, and offices offer free Wi-Fi. Find out more here.

Hong Kong International Airport: Free wireless Internet access is available at most seating and public areas in the passenger terminals with no registration required. Learn more here.

MTR stations: You can connect to the Internet near the ‘MTR Free Wi-Fi Hotspot’ sign in every MTR station. Simply select the ’MTR Free Wi-Fi’ network on your mobile device for free connectivity of up to 15 minutes per session, with a maximum of five sessions per day. Read more details here.

PCCW Wi-Fi hotspots: PCCW free Wi-Fi hotspots can be found on most MTR platforms and concourses, at all Starbucks Coffee, Pacific Coffee, 7-Eleven and Circle K outlets, and at selected PCCW phone booths. This service allows you to browse the Hong Kong Tourism Board’s website and download our apps for free.
