Contemporary Art Curated in the Historical Pawn
The Pawn is a restaurant housed inside a restored nineteenth century building, spread over three storeys. Launched in 2008, it quickly earned a reputation as a favourite destination for locals and has become a “must-see” for tourists. The restaurant serves a mix of modern British classics by celebrity chef Tom Aikens.
Located on the first floor of The Pawn’s three-storey building, Botanicals Bar is a stylish and creative hub nestled in the heart of Hong Kong. Entering via a charming set of narrow stairs, guests are welcomed by the greenery of hundreds of potted plants and artwork by local artists adorning the backdrop. The layout is divided into several sections, with one being a concealed bar table area resembling a chic private club, decked in leather couches and dark wood panels evoking an old-world charm.
