Hong Kong’s bid for international flagship events takes another step forward! With the joint efforts of the HKTB and Invest Hong Kong, Consensus, the world’s longest-standing and most influential cryptocurrency and Web3 event, has announced its staging in Hong Kong from 19 to 21 February 2025. This is the first time in five years that the influential industry event has been held outside of the United States. The event is expected to attract 8,000 participants, of which 6,000 will come from all over the world.
Also, Chainlink’s flagship event SmartCon 2024 brings together digital asset leaders, DeFi pioneers and onchain builders in Hong Kong on 30 to 31 October 2024, fostering collaboration to reinvent the future of global markets. It marks Hong Kong as the first city in Asia for the global expansion of this conference that converges the worlds of blockchain and finance.

Hong Kong Convention Ambassadors (HKCA) have contributed tremendously to the robust recovery of Hong Kong’s MICE business in the past year.
