The Mills

Once a production base of Hong Kong’s flourishing textile industry in the 1960s, The Mills is the former Nan Fung Textile Co. Ltd factory complex repurposed into a destination for innovation, culture and learning.
With an inviting open space and vibrant energy, The Mills is an excellent spot for local creative start-ups and independent small businesses to thrive. Take a walk into the complex’s industrial past through the guided tours covering The Mills’ historical attractions and the art exhibits of the Centre for Heritage Arts & Textile (CHAT). Groups are also welcomed to take part in activities and private workshops such as introductory classes for handcrafting draft beers or local gin tasting.
Want to organise an event? The Annex, over 278 sq.m. of multi-functional event spaces is able to stage a wide range of MICE events. Don’t forget to explore the surrounding murals to brighten up your Instagram feed.
