Masterclass for making award-winning ‘teatails’
Named as one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars twice in a row, Tell Camellia has earned a stellar reputation for its artisanal cocktails inspired by tea. Flavours from the finest leaves sourced from around the world are extracted through techniques such as distillation. They become the essential element in elegant concoctions such as the Lapsang & Shiso Negroni, and the Teapresso Martini with Hōjicha.
Its “teatails” masterclasses, held in a textural and warm interior, are an experience both educational and exquisite. The class starts with an introduction to the history of tea and how it has changed the world, followed by an interactive session where you and your teams learn how to infuse tea into the cocktails. Getting the team to shake and mix teatails together and taste each other’s creations is a real bonding experience.
